Ecco un nuovo sbuffo che rompe il silenzio che è tutto intorno a noi, esce dallo sfiatatoio della balena, due fori posti al centro del capo. Ci prepariamo ad assistere nuovamente al movimento fluido di questo colosso che si trova vicinissimo al nostro gommone. Si muove lentamente e quasi ritmicamente. Non ci passa nemmeno lontanamente per la testa che con un solo colpo potrebbe ribaltarci in un attimo. Eccola è il momento, inarca la schiena e sparisce sotto il livello dell'acqua con il suo enorme peso. L'acqua scende dall'enorme pinna dorsale come una cascata. Poi piano piano il mare si ricompone e torna il silenzio. Le parole e le foto possono raccontare, ma l'emozione si deve vivere.
