con Sigma 1.4x TC-1401, 1/1250 f/6.3, ISO 500, hand held. Khwai Community Trust, Botswana. Specie: Ephippiorhynchus senegalensis

#wild

Beautiful subject and moment caught!
Personally I would have just tried to get rid of the blurred blade of grass on the right.
still a great time taken.
Congratulations, Hello, Alessandro

Thank you Friends!!!
Alessandro, for me the blade of grass makes the difference between a photo from a cabin and a really wild photo... so... much better to have the herb :-P

Wonderful picture! Great quality, very good both blacks and whites. The blade of grass disturbs, but I share your thought, it is part of the environment... :-), hello, Riccardo.

Very beautiful, I honestly do not share your thought because even if wild nature you have to have the image clean or otherwise make sure you have nothing in the scene that is disturbing as in this case, looking at the image the eye falls full on the blade of grass but However they are personal tastes, blade of grass apart remains still an excellent shot very well worked...

It's always nice if a shot does discutere...in civil way of course!...
Pelao, how do you say a question of taste:
1. May like the portrait of the Cinciarella made to the cabin under the house with a beautiful creamy background, with the beautiful perches arranged with flowers (maybe not in season)... all well built... or the Snake rightly positioned in the foreground with the waterfall in the background using long time to have a nice effect (so the snake does not move because it is cold)...
2. May like a wild photo that built has nothing with grass in the foreground.
Matter of taste, the world is beautiful because it is varied ;-)
Good Day
Fabio

Beyond the discourse (subjective) about the blade of grass, is one of those photos that makes you want to buy a plane ticket!
I like in short :-D

Ok Marco Valentini... received the "Tug of ear"... you're right. I expressed myself badly and did not want to denigrate the photos and who takes pictures in the shed (I do :-D). Mine wanted to be a reflection on how to evaluate a photo based on where and in what condition it itself was taken. Then there are tastes and tastes like Pelao83 commented.
I hope I made it clear.
Dear Greetings and Thank you
Fabio
