Pros: full frame, good quality, well build , AF well build, IT IS A GOOD MACHINE!

Cons: to expensive !!!

Opinion: i've got this camera from 2 years now. It is a good camera over all!! very good. Good construction. good features on it. too heavy, but it's professional. the AF sister is so fast and doing good job. Provide a good quality of picture, OK, now depends all of the lenses you are used. But with my canon 24-70 f/2.8 and the 70-200 f/4 L is working so good.

Pros: Robust, pro, color returns, just megapixel quantity, still versatile and eclectic, high-performance AF module with good coverage.

Cons: A little heavier than less pro bodies, but nothing exaggerated being a pro. Then considering that it came out in 2012 nothing to be able to recriminate them in 2020

Opinion: Permuted my trusty 6d with this tank, it immediately makes you get used to the best things it provides. You put it on and it looks like it's made for my hand, you bring it to the eye and the bright viewfinder and with 100% coverage cheers your eye, the autofocus is spectacular and the colors that the sensor returns are truthful, without exaggerated amplifiers, nor disassembled colors. Coming from 6d the switch to the 5d mark III was a must, with the only difference that I have not now wokel. We will see if the different arrangement of some commands will make it use in the field, coupled with the 6D mark II that I also possess, a little more difficult. Anyway his 950g. don't make me want super-technological cans that make coffee as well.

Pros: Image caption AF module file multifaceted photo genres Reliability

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: I've been using it since 2012. I would call it my ultimate reflex because in every photographic genre it does well. The gap with the previous 5d series was considerable. Very little noise at high iso up to 3200iso. A great form in naturalistic photography noise reduced appreciable at night. Combined with a good optical park that will make you forget about the market for a while. Processing of the egregia files allows you to recover 3 stops. The price of the used makes it very attractive even today and I think that despite the new market releases the 5d3 defends itself very well. In fact, in my opinion the differences with the older sister 5d4 do not justify the heinous expense to be faced. You have to wait a little longer to justify switching to another reflex of the same series. Very robust ergonomic and easy and intuitive in the menus' It's one of those bodies that I will definitely not resell because it is a must . With this Reflex Canon has written a revolutionary page of his history.

Pros: Just take it in your hand and talk to her, the feeling is immediate and extraordinary and you immediately realize that you have between your fingers a high-level professional camera that even today, in the photographic aspect fears few comparisons but in case does not go in awe with anyone , fantastic sensor and autofocus, grip that makes you drop the car in your hand like a glove and allows a perfect grip even with generous weight and size lenses, excellent tropicalization and 3.2" display, ability to customize almost everything, and the operational and configuration preferences on various buttons (in any case everything you need at hand and even more...), the Joystick, the double slot, general ergonomics at the top, full and explanatory menus (exaggerated the section dedicated to customizations excellent autofocus system) and the various servo tracking modes). A machine that in its range of belonging in the commercial period of life, from 2012 to 2016 does not fear against anyone else except perhaps the 1DX series but only for a burst faster and little else, of the rest from this inherits, and certainly not the only , the autofocus system..., for me still a dream to be able to use it even if socket used with not a few shots but in excellent condition after trying and making without any remora the 6DMarkII, used 2 months but a disappointment for me indisputing on almost everything and far for me i've only had to hold one and then the other to realize how different they are on two separate and different floors, like the pupil and the professor... then also the 6dII has undoubted qualities and some excellent update features but overall nn can withstand the impact of a battleship so qualitative and balanced to be able to even hypothetically compare it with this beautiful reflex.

Opinion: Photographing with this excellent reflex for me is a dream and the photos that makes with a disarming simplicity, once you have taken a sufficient confidence never mind and gives great satisfaction for the excellent definition, quality and naturalness of the colors as well as cleaning the flie, up to 6400 iso photos manageable without too much problems in posts with fine grain treatable with the appropriate rents but in certain situations you can go up without over-occupating even from 8000 to 12800 and something also depends on the conditions of more light and trigger context if you mediate the operational parameters well. in optimal light conditions and easel, you can shoot macros and close-ups even to F20 without hesitation, the Mark III knows how to handle the diffraction very well leaving margins of interpretation and/or intervention and workability in posts that are my satisfaction, as if the reflex deliberately left me that margin of intervention to me liked, on a work basis often already 'excellent but wanting, even with additional margins of creative evaluation that allows me to eventually transfer to the photo something of my own, a kind of "imprimatur personal" with each frame that I select between the shots that I consider most 'deserving of attention and to which I dedicate time and complete in post (sensations and obviously personal management interpretations). In any case, having it in your hand makes a feeling of "take" and spontaneous conviction that you can even put a cannon in your bayonet, which you and you will support it without problems while maintaining a balance that is always manageable even with freehand. Using little dispay in live view, the battery consumption decreases drastically and the duration as a result increases considerably and generally very satisfying especially with the latest LP E6N, then depends on us and the practical use that we make of it, in any case with reflex of this caliber, you always travel at least with a spare battery. I could express other positives, but I think that the sense of the level of satisfaction immediately perceived already on the first day of "trial" has taken away all doubt between her and "the other, a kind of customer satisfaction, from my point of view is at the highest level for 5DIII, for years always expressed also by the competent and professional staff of the store that I use for years and with which I find myself very well for availability and advice. The biggest con for me is perhaps not having it (if I have to change it in the future, I could think only of an update with a Mark IV, if the occasion will happen at the time, but without haste, with this I could take it to the last breath without feeling special needs of the "new", photographically it lacks anything and the color and detail rendering of Canon for me is at the highest level, then everyone prefers what he likes rightly, but photos in hand, I have not yet seen anything that knows anything that knows the results wonderful camera. 10 ique it nor will i assign it to any machine or objective because perfection does not exist (a concept that I have always extended even to photos of any quality and carried out by anyone, EP included) and the Mark III is no exception but for what it was and still is and can give at very high levels without looking in anyone's face, not being able to give them "10" for the reasons mentioned above, they awarded it a very personal, undeserved 9.5.

Pros: Generous sensor, fast AF, spectacular multifunctional LCD.

Cons: Features in menus that require a discreet study of the manual, otherwise nothing to say.

Opinion: Extraordinary machine, from the top definition, for landscaping and details I highly recommend it to everyone, at the time, the choice was between her and the 1DS MKIII, but, given the difference in price, I opted for her and I did not regret it, for my photos was more than good. Excellent ergonomics, excellent balance with large optics thanks to its optional grip, excellent af, selectable very conveniently on the various points. The camera has a dual switchable memory slot, convenient to split your shots. With grip and two batteries, the range is a fairytale. Solidity and robustness make it a bodysuit almost at the level of series 1, really a great machine, I absolutely recommend it to all those photographers who are looking for a full frame with a Canon sensor and who need good detail.
