Pros: Little weight, compactness, general organization of buttons/dial,cost

Cons: ISO Estate

Opinion: It's just been sold and I ended my adventure with the D3300. This machine has ferried me from the low levels of photography to a good level in a path of about a year and a half. In my opinion, if one makes the most of it, it can really take out photographs even higher than what you should actually get. It's an entry-level, yes, but it can go even a little further than its level. Obviously everything in my opinion. However I found myself very comfortable, little weight and footprint, good yield of focus and click, quick and silent. Perhaps what penalizes her the most is the ISO seal that from 800 and up begins to feel consistent phases. But let's not forget that it's an entry-level. I recommend it to all those who start with photography and want to have a machine not too expensive and heavy but at the same time with a good yield.

Pros: Cost, weight, ergonomics.

Cons: In relation to price none. In absolute little estate over ISO 1600. Maybe a little bit unbalanced forward if paired with a medium tele.

Opinion: Owning a Ferrari that goes from 0 to 100 in two and a half seconds, which consumes a liter of LPG every 30 kilometers, comfortable to bring the whole family on holiday (with luggage), but at the same time very small for the use of the city and that costs 4,000 euros : Who wouldn't want it? Of course, in judging an object you can never ignore the cost. And in relation to spending for me the D3300 is a great camera. After years of "purgatory" with a compattina, I chose it in December 2017 to return to the world reflex (and enter for the first time in digital!) after having amused myself for a life always and only with the manual/analogue, read Yashica FX3 Super 2000. And I think the little Nikon was the perfect school ship to learn about the new world. Simple to use, she was a loyal companion for a year. For some 11 AF points are few, but being directed to the beginner I think are more than enough. Idem for the "only" 5 shots burst. Clear that it will never be the main camera body for a professional, but surely it will be fine to those who want to start. And once you start, you will not immediately feel the lack of something more "performanant".

Pros: High quality price between the entry-level. As a first body can make you understand what you want from photography and what is photography. Great Grip for all hands. Decent KIT lenses. Shoot 600 photos with a battery.

Cons: Noise is felt after ISO800 "usable" files up to ISO3200 (maybe). Lack bkt, peaking focus, HSS.

Opinion: Machine body obviously Entry-level, in this area does its dirty work. I don't see any noticeable differences with the new models. Suffers on the holding of the ISO right away, it avoids going beyond the ISO 800. The bkt, peaking focus and HSS functions are missing. The focus points are few, at the beginning you will not be very case, but over time is a problem.

Pros: Excellent value for money, versatile, low weight, easy to use, objectives in stabilized kits, excellent grip, wide choice of lenses (also second-hand), guided mode

Cons: A bit 'too much noise at high ISO, after all is an entry level.

Opinion: Machine body now out of production but is still on several sites and in stores, perhaps even at lower prices than the initial ones as replaced by the D3400.rnThe guide mode provides a decent support for those who are beginners and the files are really buonirnDecisamente an excellent entry level that I recommend as a starting point for your photographic passion.

Pros: very worthwhile price, endless battery and lightweight body machine.

Cons: maybe a big noise is raised, a few points of focus

Opinion: it was and it is my second nikon in dx and I have to say that I was really satisfied with it .. thanks to the practicality of the buttons that for the lightness the battery lasts an eternity it never lets you walk virtually..forse to big raised sounds a bit of noise but with good tools and good control of the camera you can relieve and make good shots even at night, I highly recommend you to start approaching photography.
