Pros: small, high-performance, sturdy ...

Cons: for my use really no one ...

Opinion: I am a professional photographer, after so many years of heavy equipment I no longer enjoy taking pictures, this machine, with its essentiality made me want to go back to shooting around, without a precise destination, just for the pleasure of shooting ... I had an OM5MKII and changed it to move to Fuji for professional reasons, today, with this machine I find the same pleasure of using Olympus tools and the M4F ...

Pros: Stabilization, very comfortable functions, very well-groomed construction, size and weight, very good image quality up 1600 iso

Cons: Small keys,a bit complicated menu, size (it's also a counter),suffers from 2000 iso and up

Opinion: I bought this model having found an excellent opportunity in kit with the 14-42 and the 40-150 as the second body to use for light travel, as I think have done in several, without expecting much as image yield and instead I have to say that it is wonderful and not little. I say that I normally use a Sigma dp 2 four,so I think I am very "demanding" and fussy in terms of color rendering, sharpness and IQ and this is my first m4/3, a format that has always attracted me but that for one reason or another I have never even tried.... and this first approach is very very positive also in terms of IQ as well as obviously portability. I think it's one of the ideal machines for doing street: perfect stabilization, high operational speed also has useful functions as well as fun functions such as live composite and livetime. In short, using it you have a lot of fun and you always take home good shots. I'm not a fan of the post so absurd recovery of shadows or extreme "malleability" of the file can not give me less but anyway the files that churn are also discreetly workable,as long as one knows how to shoot decently. The body is small and light and obviously the keys and grip are what they are but all things have the downside. I would say that paradoxically it is a machine suitable for both novices and the opposite for the smive and navigated photo-amateur. In my opinion for the vast majority of amateurs the m4/3 is more than fine (instead of inflating with FF or apsc you spend half and you have great photos). For everything else there is the Foveon and the middle-formed :) p.s. Made me want to take a G9 or an M1 mk II ... Sigh!

Pros: Stabilization! Compactness, materials, lightness, versatility, price value, speed to set parameters and customisation of keys.

Cons: Noise at ISO highs, from 2000 and up. Focus tracking and focus c.

Opinion: It took me a year to choose before I bought it. Chosen mirrorless instead of sLRs for size, chose olympus instead of fuji x stabilization. Fantastic materials, you feel you have a jewel in your hand, vintage charm but in step with the times. The only flaw the focus c and the tracking, did not meet my needs. At the high ISO a lot of noise. I didn't appreciate it until I changed my lens from kit 12 50, and I switched to a fixed, and to the pro series. Great for those who want to start, great for those who want to travel, if you take a 12 100 pro, you will not need more x travel. Great if you pair it with pro lenses, you save in the machine body but invest in good-crafted optics.

Pros: Small, compact, metal construction, Stabilizazzione, viewfinder, JPEG file, wide choice lenses.

Cons: Little pronounced Grip, battery

Opinion: I'm really happy to have bought this amazing camera after "blew" the previous purchase. This camera is another thing, it's a pleasure to turn and take pictures with her. Menu really rich in functions, must be studied, but by many satisfactions. The ring nuts are sturdy, very comfortable, well made. The vast optical Park allows you to choose without faing. Purchased with 14-42 II R Kit, which will not be the best, but to study it at the moment is fine. I added a 25mm pana that works great. Looking forward to buy 17mm and 45 Zuiko. Really a positive experience with Oympus. When I never took it before.

Pros: Excellent aesthetics, wide menu, excellent material quality, micro 4/3 system.

Cons: 4k is missing but we are talking about a camera and not a camera.

Opinion: I've started from a very good SLR D750 & D5300 with the Nikon 1j5 the world of mirrorless. Both the purchase of the Xianoyi Yi M1 (Sony 20MP sensor) and the Panasonic gx80 and Zuiko Optics and Panasonic made me put almost to the side of the small Nikon1. The experience with Olympus is gorgeous. It is not compact but not even massive or heavy like a reflex. Nice to see (I chose the grey and black) reminds me of the om20 I own. The wide menu beats the Xianoyi too simple but nice and remains an alternative to the GX80 of equal quality but less pleasant aesthetics (it is obviously a subjective judgement).
