Pros: Price, price, price!! Sharpness

Cons: Large bulbous front, some plasticky parts (hood and cap), manual focus

Opinion: I desperately needed full-frame fisheye for my D7000, but which would compare performance wise with the Nikkor 16mm f2.8 I use for my almost deceased D700. Secondhand Sigma 10mm and Nikkor 10.5mm were constantly in my Ebay saved search but they still too expensive, for my present financial circumstances. I use full frame fisheye more than is good for me, for music and street capture too, where AF is useful and what I was used to. For architecture and tripod work, MF is fine. At first I was not happy having only f3.5 and not f2.8. The level of detail at f5 and beyond is pinsharp and extraordinary, even at f4 it is good. I was blown away by the quality of a lens one-third cost of the Nikon. Flare resistance is also very good but not quite up to the extraordinary level of the Nikkor 16mm. The Nikkor 16mm was also such a small lens, size of a 50mm f1.4, so that it could be popped into a pocket and carried 'just in case'. The bigger front element of the Samyang means that it's a pouch or lens case, but that is a small price to pay for the lens' sheer usability at the price. I really thought it was going to be a compromise that I'd have to put up with until I could afford something better, now I probably won't bother!

Pros: Light, fun, good quality materials, removable lampshade

Cons: Cap too voluminous, optical quality does not excel but you know.

Opinion: Owned for a short time, it's not bad very funny! Bought rebranded walimex, I do not know for which market is branded so, in any case identical to the Sammy. I confirm that the optical quality is decent from f5 to f8, the focus is not a problem given the focal point, maybe the distance scale is a bit inaccurate. The colors are not bad, the deformation is clearly obvious but I repeat you can have fun to try!

Pros: It costs little and does its job excellently

Cons: Mah... honestly nn I found

Opinion: Found used, I wanted something short for the d90 I always carry it with me and I use it very often, very good definition, it has excellent colors.. Focus nn need put at 1.5 meters and close the diaphragm. Also used for night photos and it's very good. FLARE you but nn so exaggerated even with the sun on the side nn and exaggerated Cmq I consider it a valuable lens rated 10

Pros: Excellent contrast between f 8-11, light, fun

Cons: Ideal for use at F 8-11. Outside of this range the sharpness decreases progressively.

Opinion: Very creative and particular. It allows you to see reality from a completely different and fascinating point of view. Ideal for indoor or architectural photos otherwise impossible to achieve in one click. He teaches to dominate the rules of distortion by making the user experience a lot of force. In the long run the effect might tire but for me it still has not come this moment. I always carry it with me and I can almost always find a shot that enhances the effect of this lens. It opened up new photographic horizons for me.

Pros: Good value, weight and size content

Cons: Imprecise distance scale, building a little rough, mediocre sharpness wide open

Opinion: I purchased this light (Pentax-k) for some fun, having found new at a great price. The aim is rather light and compact, bearing in mind that is a fisheye, and you brandeggia well. Manual focus per se is not a problem, given the huge depth of field, but the distance scale is not very precise and the first few times you have to go a bit trial and error before finding the right match between the distance marked on the bezel and the real one. Sharpness wide open isn't bad in the Middle, but the edges leaving a lot to be desired and to get good results you have to close at least at f/8. On my copy there is a strange hint of vignetting in the upper-right corner, it becomes more evident as you close the aperture. Even the graft-disengaging from the camera body is hard. These indices to approximate quality control and rushed. Probably if I'd paid full price I would have already returned, or at least sent in for service. Anyway it is a perspective altogether honest, with which you can have fun making unusual and different from the usual shots, as long as you keep in mind its limitations. Rating 6
